Payment information: Processed securely by Lemon Squeezy (we do not store card details)
Uploaded files: Bank statement PDFs uploaded for conversion
Usage data: Conversion history, page counts, feature usage
Support data: Name, email, phone (if provided), and messages submitted via contact forms or chatbot

2. How We Use Your Data

To process and convert your bank statement PDFs
To manage your account and subscription
To respond to your support inquiries
To improve the accuracy and performance of our service
To send transactional emails (subscription confirmation, password reset)

3. File Security & Data Retention

Automatic 24-Hour Deletion: All uploaded bank statement PDFs and their extracted transaction data are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours of conversion. We do not retain any of your financial data beyond this period.

After the 24-hour window, only non-sensitive metadata is retained for billing and analytics purposes (e.g., filename, page count, conversion timestamp). No actual bank transaction data, account numbers, or balances are stored.

All data is transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption. PDF content sent to AI models for extraction is not retained by the AI provider.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

Payment processor: Lemon Squeezy processes payments securely
AI processing: PDF content is sent to AI models for extraction (no data is retained by the AI provider)
Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management, language preferences, and authentication. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
