3. User Accounts

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Free Tier & Paid Plans

The Service offers a free tier (2 pages per 24 hours, no signup required) and paid subscription plans with higher limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Subscription payments are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. By making a payment, you agree that:

• Refunds are available within 14 days of payment, provided no allocated quota has been used
• If even one page has been converted using the newly allocated quota, the payment is non-refundable
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Cancellation stops future billing immediately

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload files that contain malware or malicious code
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or access restrictions
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Share your account with unauthorized users

7. Data Privacy & Security

We take your privacy seriously. Uploaded bank statements are processed and not stored permanently. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

8. Accuracy Disclaimer

While our AI-powered extraction achieves high accuracy (99.5%+), we do not guarantee 100% accuracy for every conversion. Users should verify extracted data before using it for financial reporting, tax filing, or other critical purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

eBankStatementConverter.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
